KICKBOXING
a combat sport that uses both kicking and punching. Develops strength, speed and endurance.
Trainer: Wojciech Szymański is a certified kickboxing instructor
As a competitor, he has been training kick sports since 2003,
and he has been boxing since 2010.
He is also a certified self-defense trainer.

MUAY THAI
THAI BOXING
Muay Thai is a martial art from Thailand. Specific kicks and elbow techniques give the muay thai fighters extraordinary effectiveness in fights with even much stronger opponents. The punches are very often followed by quick knockouts. Muay Thai is one of the most efficient combat and defense martial arts.

CAPOEIRA
Regarded as the most beautiful martial art and the most dangerous dance style Capoeira originated from the cultures brought to Brazil by the enslaved Africans. It was illegal in Brazil until the 1940s.
The African slaves used their traditional music, singing and dancing to cover their combats from their prisoners. Acrobatics, continuous movement and rotary kicks make Capoeira a spectacular
fighting style. The practice develops motor coordination, the sense of rhythm and speed. The Asian martial arts bring harmony through tranquility, Capoeira brings an enormous joy potential with the
sunny Brazilian temper.

MMA
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS – a combat sport that allows using a wide variety of techniques. One ofthe modern directions of the development of martial arts – a sports show where the fight goes on almost without limits, but where the risk of death or serious injury is minimized to maximum.
MMA is a cross-training that prepares to fight both standing and on the ground, with the use of both striking and grappling techniques.

CALISTHENICS
Bodyweight training including exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, bridges, dips, etc. Calisthenics training improves the functioning of the cardiovascular system, develops muscles, improves coordination, balance, agility and flexibility. It is perfect for the fighters and anyone who wants to
lose weight or improve their health and fitness.
